Just because the conference is worse overall doesn't mean that the top teams in the East can't compete with the top teams in the West, as they showed during the regular system. The NFC is better than the AFC in the NFL, but that didn't stop the Patriots from winning the title.

Great teams usually don't suffer from injuries unless they are old. Healthy teams are a testament to their strength and durability. Teams that suffer injuries against Boston are Teams that suffer from an injury-ridden Hawks are

This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever read. Injuries can happen to anyone because injuries are a part of sports, regardless of age. GSW is just fortunate that they happened to every single team they faced. Not their fault but definitely a good break.

We can talk about could've, would've, should've all we want to, such as who knows how the Hawks/Cavs series would have gone had the Hawks been full strength (they weren't).... I hear what you're saying. I'm not a Lebron stan at all, and I've said that he wouldn't have made 5 straight trips to the finals in the West. But, the difference is that even when some of his conference competition seemed suspect, he always had to beat a great team in the finals to win the title. Can you really compare this Cavs team with no Kyrie and no Love to the teams he had to face? Steph and company got a lot of breaks along the way. Not their fault, but not that impressive either

Nope. Injuries happened to players who overstretched themselves into doing something that their bodies are not accustomed to or was forced an external force.

Injuries do not happen often to the best teams. Yall thinking GS was lucky to be even still here because they faced New Orleans first is ridiculous. Yall have to blame the format of the playoffs for that.

Doesn't excuse teams getting injured left and right.Injuries are not bound through luck. They are bound by the player's limits or by their teams. Overcompensation could hurt.

Warriors have all in their favour to win it. Homecourt advantage, better and healthier roster and now the Kyrie injury. But Cavs still have Lebron and some capable (yet inconsistent) players like Smith or Shumpert, and if Delladova keeps doing a good job like he's done this playoffs, anything is possible. I still think Warriors will win, but I don't think it's going to be a "sweep" like some people are already saying. Don't count Lebron out yet...
