OMG! It's so true the thing some member (can't remember its name) said yesterday about GAGA & Bieber being the defining artist of this generation, I'm a teacher of kids in the range of 8-9 years old, and some kid was yelling LADY GAGA, LADY GAGA some hours ago
Disgusting. Call his parents and tell em. You know things can end up like this.
none of those are for critical acclaim though, they are for sales. If she won like the pulitzer prize or something that'd be an achievement, like an actual proper award.
It's like saying iggy azalea is critically acclaimed because she won a BB music award.
More like a year unless they flop and then you throw shade at them and Britney being dead wont change all your faves being XTINCT and if you don't want me to come for your faves don't randomly shove your nose in my convo with TheVoiceXPuta

I wasn't seriously stanning for Rih then, sorry to burst your bubble. I haven't seriously stanned for a pop girl in years, so miss me with that.
Lol no, that's why she slays metacritic right?
They think she's good because they're professional critics who know their **** and actually have good taste. Out of every mainstream popgirl, (bey, rih, tay, adele, katy, britney) she has the highest average. She also has two golden globe nominations for her music, the only popgirl who can top that is adele.
On the contrary, EL james receives no critical acclaim whatsoever
Critical reception of Fifty Shades of Grey has been generally negative, with most critics noting poor literary qualities of the work. Sir Salman Rushdie said about the book: "I've never read anything so badly written that got published. It made Twilight look like War and Peace."[21] Maureen Dowd described the book in The New York Times as being written "like a Bronte devoid of talent," and said it was "dull and poorly written."[22] Jesse Kornbluth of The Huffington Post said: "As a reading experience, Fifty Shades...is a sad joke, puny of plot".[23]
EL james has no critical acclaim whatsoever any awards she got are purely for sales.
^^ That was a year before the movie came out. I wonder what the #s are now.
If an album dominated in such a way, it would sweep the Grammys regardless of critical reception, and even critics who initially disliked it would find ways to sneak it onto their year-end lists.

How long will it take for the voice producers to realise that Gwen and Shakira can still scrape top 20 hits without being hook girls?

Nah, otherwise bey would have won over beck.
Critical acclaim doesn't automatically come with success, if it did katy would have like a dozen grammys by now for all her successful singles.
If you don't like taylor it's fine but she's critically acclaimed and EL james isn't.

She didn't need any co-writers for these.
Why did the "super songwriter" TayLOAD need to follow the most obvious, predictable, overused path and hire the biggest hitmaker in the industry to stay on top? Since she's such a songwriter extraordinaire and all...
