They're not. I can guarantee that nobody said, "Oh, this song was a success. Let me bump it by a point." Is it likely that because it was a success, people know it better and therefore are more likely to give it a better score cause it has grown on them more than the album tracks they listened to once to take part in the rate? Of course. But no one is going to rate a song higher only based on its success
