I was in religious class, in primary school (elementary school, for you Yanks) and the teacher stepped outside to take a call, came back inside and kept teaching like nothing happened but at the end of class said, "Pray for the United States." 9 year old me is thinking "What?" It's only when I got home I saw what happened, and it turns out t he teacher's brother worked in the World Trade Center and didnt make it out.
I was in Ethiopia when it happened and all I remember from that day is hearing my mom freak out after seeing the news (my dad was in the U.S. at that time, near the Pentagon) and frantically place a call to my dad to find out if he was okay. He was perfectly fine. That was pretty much it.

Graduation is too glossy & overproduced for me. I still really like it but it's def not my favorite.

I think they're all dope tho.
Any other day I would put Late Registration first, but I listened to Graduation in it's entirety the other day when I was cleaning and it's fresh on my brain.
