From the lows of a Contralto to the stratospheric heights of a Coloratura Soprano, plus her uncanny ability to sing both lyric and dramatic repertoire and a head voice upper extension to G6. No one touches the queen of exotica

I love her. A proto-Assoluta. And her head voice extended beyond G6

I've never heard her use head voice above G6, all I hear is her whistle register, I'd love to see some footage Apparently she also had the ability to do polyphonic singing, everything about this woman is god tier

Yes, she did the polyphonic singing thing in Chuncho (it's on the C#7 in the video below)
Another amazing voice. For such an expansive range, it's a rarity to have an entire voice seamlessly connected throughout the registers with no sudden breaks
I suppose you've heard of Nina Hagen as well, I would almost consider her a soprano sfogato but her voice lacked the androgynous quality contralto's possess, although she later gained that 'contralto' part of her voice in the later stages of her career with the drug use in exchange for her top notes..
Here she is slaying in her prime with the expansive range of her head voice, I think she hit a G6 here Apparently she was an opera prodigy child but she chose to go punk instead, it was a huge loss for the opera world but inherently a huge win for punk music:

Her vocal fach (sfogato) sounds like it's named after a new type of pasta though, no shade
Lolz I always spell it wrong, I can't get into Opera too much vibrato, legit sing in a straight tone for once people the lose of projection isn't dramatic
