Tbh, I can't find it either, except from insidesurvivor. It's probably a weather thing, and no one dropped out. Also, I don't think that Ciera dropped out because Laura, her mother, is still tweeting about Survivor and Ciera, which she wouldn't be doing if she was dropping out
