Real talk though, what is it about Thirsty that people don't like? I don't understand. The song is one of her best uptempos... it deserved top 50 for sure.

What stops Thirsty from being a 9 / 10 is the chorus. The verses and pre-chorus are hard hitting, bop worthy and match the beat, but then the chorus is too soft...
Well "Thirsty" is clearly one of Mariah's favourite songs and she knows the tea that it's one of the best on MIAM, so I'll take her word for it over you lot.
