Singles tend to perform better than album tracks in discog rates, cause not only die-hard fans vote. I think that's the only reason why TTR is still here

Candy Bling is one of the better tracks on Memoirs, so I can't say I'm sad to see it go, although I do think it deserved to be a little higher than that.
