I think Wren is her brother so maybe her hair is dark brown. So does Toby, the Hastings, and the Montgomery family. My theory is coming together nicely.
I never thought Charles was a DiLaurentis. He's either a Montgomery, Hastings, or Cavanaugh. Or a mix of the three. Maybe the DiLaurentises are related in someway, but not his sibling/parents. This show is too much.

Cece is connected to every freaking event in the show, from the lodge fire, killing wilden, labor day weekend, Vivian Darkbloom, the first secret, the passports, Radley, Jessica, Alison’s dissapearance, Paige and Alison’s fight, Ezra being A, Mona being A, Spencer’s snake incident, if you think of an event… You can pin Cece to it in one or two steps. And, she was in the pilot, but not in the way you think she was, she was actually added INTO the pilot from Jason remembering he saw Cece that night, so she WAS there, but she was there in context. Which makes sense considering when the pilot episode aired, Marlene didn’t even THINK of big A yet, you cant time travel and add a character and a story line that didn’t exist yet, but what you CAN do is use flashbacks. Even Cece herself said she was there and met with Melissa, but she LIED when she said she talked to Alison after because Alison was hit over the head after Melissa and Cece’s little talk. Oh, and Jason was just dropped down the elevator shaft the minute after he said Cece was there that night Ali went missing and after they discovered Cece knew Wilden. Which she lied about, again. While at the same time, she left Wesley and Aria at the boutique for literally hours, when Aria gets a phone call from Cece she’s sitting in her car, yet she tells Aria she got her car towed. The same. Time. As. The. Elevator. Accident.

And obviously, she has a male accomplice. The sooner you accept that Legend C is A, the less disappointed you will be when 6x10 rolls around!

Or her & Ezra/Jason are working together for some reason. If those three boys aren't A with Cece in your theories, then its invalid. I've watched S1-S5 in 2 months. I'm well refreshed. #Getwiththewinningteam
Earlier in the episode, CeCe told Aria that she owed her big time. In the ending, you see the bottle being spun from Aria to Spencer, as if a favor to spare Aria. And no, these two aren't Toby/Mona, that's über A and CeCe.
I think CeCe and Charles are siblings by the same father. That's how she was able to blackmail Mrs. D into protecting her. I think Charles is also still alive the two of them are working together.
The sooner you accept that Legend C is A, the less disappointed you will be when 6x10 rolls around!
