Nope it's 1 person under the age of 18 and 1 person over the age of 18 & 2 ppl under the age of 18 unless the state has a Romeo and Juliet law * if both parties are within three years of each other and over the age of 14.
Like I said it doesn't make it OK in any way, but if the alternative was them doing it unprotected in the forest at least this is like a half step better

Kids are gonna be kids and have sex but why would you, as an adult, want to get so involved in it that you're arranging it? It's one thing to know that they're having sex and giving them condoms so that they're safe but arranging it? Why? That's creepy. His job is to teach. He's not their parents.
