I honestly think 19/20 is where most guys peak. From there onwards it's just a steady decline.
I was out with my cousins last week (one of them is 20, the other's 19) and I just could not keep up. And I'm 22.
Nigggas were still going hard at 6am and all I'm thinking about is my bed at that point.

A fountain of youth? Chile.... I go to sleep at 10-11 now and that was BEFORE King. I have to take a nap now and I'm so conscious of what I eat now. I may sure I get my daily vitamin and fiber intake so my bowels stay regular.

Last night after we got home, put King in his crib, went to our room. He was on his side of the bed paying bills and I was reading "Parenting" magazine.
