Yes! I think they must be slow at updating. 400K likes and 1 million views; does not sound like the right ratio. Multiply the views x20, and then you will have the usual ratio of views to likes. The only way that 1 mill views is correct, if is most who view is hitting the like button, but on most videos this is not the case.
