Here are my suggestions, just suggestions:
1, Fan-favorite surprise songs is one of the best parts of Taylor's tours, being different does NOT mean taking the best part away.
2. Special guests are other surprises which make the tour better, based on the cast of BB MV, and her special guests in before, currently, maybe only Taylor has this power, why give up this power?
3, I wrote about this before, I think, one of the main goals of tour, is promoting the next album (I know, it does NOT make sense, because the next album is NOT released yet, but I still insist), I know tour is important, so does the next album.
Edit: For this reason, I think taking down YouTube videos, especially the HQ good ones, is NOT a good decision.

Great post  , I agree with almost everything you said. But maybe she just doesn't have space in the setlist for surprise songs now  , but you're right it's such an exciting part of the tour .
I'm not really here for the guests tho, I like it better when she's alone, I can't stand when like ed's there doing his song, or katy or anybody else. I like it best when it's just her and the mike maybe with a piano or a guitar.

The best part of special guests is feeding her fans with other music, time changes, no fan only sticks to one artist. Why not guide them? She did it very well in the past.

I don't mind if they take down low quality or bad angle videos which are too popular online.
