Personal insults over somebody's physical appearance = off limits. Doesn't matter if they're a mod. That should be common decency, especially if the other person has never posted a picture of themselves. I know a few overweight people in the PYP thread who wouldn't have much of a problem with this decision. For someone who claims to have friends outside of the Internet, he certainly seems to have some issues with himself and others who are different than him. But it will be reduced to a month as long as he can control himself. As for the racist comments, I'm not the one quick enough to ban XTIAN these days, but I did ban him for at least 6 months over that sort of thing more than a year ago; JGibson was banned for 2 years due to racist comments -- perma-bans and bans that last 1 or 2 years don't always stay the same. Actually most of the racist comments come from newly registered members or duplicate accounts, and they are almost always permanently banned.
