I'm not surprised and I don't expect her to stay in a city for so long. However, I think it's a wrong move to hold 2 shows in Macau instead of Hong Kong. So far, only the cheapest tickets of the show have sold out and this is not a good sign.

I'd agree that Taipei deserves a second concert, but from a commercial perspective, Katy could've had 2 sold out shows if she holds the concerts in Hong Kong instead. Gaga sold out 4 times with BTWB. Ellie Goulding, Ed Sheeran and Charli XCX all sold very well. I don't get why Katy would not follow suit.

So? Gaga had a proven track record in Asia and therefore didn't have to worry about costs. This is Katy's first time touring extensively in Asia so her team wants to make sure they make as much money as possible.

I mean, there are a lot of factors that go into play. Maybe there were no venues available during the time she was touring the area so they had to choose the next best option. Instead of skipping that area completely she decided to play in the venue she could book.
