Yeah, seems like there are less props / less complex set designs. Plus Her outfits really seem like outfits, rather than costumes. A lot of them resemble things we've seen Her rocking in daily candids. So it definitely feels less like a theatre show.
I like the big video screen on the main stage. Could've turned out poorly, but they use it really effectively.
