As a single person, I can do with 3-5 times a week. If I'm incredibly busy or its finals time, I might not have sex for a whole week and some change tho.

As far as frequency, before my last drought, I would try to get it in at least 3 times a week if I'm in a relationship, once or twice a week on average if when I'm single.
