i really respect Ciara though because she makes the music that she wants to make, obviously she could've easily given us an album full of body party 2.0s and got herself a bunch of urban smashes but shes trying something different and experimenting with a sound that she still hasn't really mastered (apart from Overdose none of her 'pop' songs have really gotten the type of reception that her slow jams have).
she's definitely still growing as an artist and if she had half the budget that some of the pop girls had her visions would probably be executed perfectly.
(just wanna point out i havent actually listened to Jackie yet so i might just be talking out of my ass but im just basing it on your opinions
