The Zico thing was confirmed to be false, though he did train with SM for a while he never trained with the SHINee members and was never attached to join the group before debut. It is interesting though, especially so to see how many idols train with SM before jumping ship to debut with other companies
Like they train because SM has some of the best facilities, make the most of those opportunities, then abandon ship before signing their lives away to debut nnnnn.

The Mood For Love is the direct English translation of the official Korean title, whereas The Best Moment in Life is just some separate English title they've given it for some reason
The first one is the better one imo.
