There are two meanings for artists to me.

She's a artist because music is art but at the same time she's not releasing artistic albums such as Ray Of Light or Like A Prayer.

As I posted before, there is def no one getting offended. Or she's just not big enough to make more than one headline that was not about her being late. It makes sense since she can't fulfill the arena she booked in Guangzhou.
