Finally someone who thinks like me!
I mean I love Top Down but I don't see it doing good on radios.
This Is How We Roll is good but it gets a bit meh after a while, maybe a shorter version or a remix with someone would be good for it to get released as a single.
Like Mariah is the only bop that fits as a single, radio wise.

Again I LOVE all of those 3 but those 2 doesn't seem like songs that will catch radio support.
TIHWR is the only single worthy out of those 3 when it comes to radio.
And Like Mariah is the second song from the album which I can see picking up radio support.
And we all know radio support is important (look at BO$$).

This is How We Roll atleast could put them better on the map WW, Worth It is slowly opening doors for them, and it would be a shame if they would waste it, I love Like Mariah, but I am not sure if it would be recieved that well WW, but it could be a cute option as US single

ffff sis no, I like LM but it wouldn't be a good follow up to WI. They finally scoring a hit single, that song would kill their little momentum. Safest choices are Reflection and TIHWR being the safest one, like it or not that's what they need atm....safe. They can't afford to kill the little momentum like that LM would be a cute final single not one after their breakout hit. LM is not even that radio friendly compared to TIHWR which is basically tailor made for radio.

It's going to be between the obvious choices, This Is How We Roll and Top Down... which means Like Mariah or Body Rock will be the single like MMO and M&MG instead of DWDA were in the BT era. It is settled

TD is designed for radio tho
Reflection is definitely gonna make a storm considering the twist in the lyrics and super memorable melody
If there's anything, Like Mariah will be the song that flops the hardest on radio
At this point, TIHWD will do the most damage because party season is coming and I can this song being spammed everywhere

They will, followed by BHB as the last single IMO.
Like Mariah is a clear choice is not even debatable. Brave Honest Beautiful will most likely get a single treatment do to the 'messages' the girls embarked form the very beginning of their career. BHB is lyrically empowering for girls on their teen age.

I wonder if they consider BHB at this point, it is full with namedropping, which is cited as one of the reasons BO$$ didn't got that much radio plays.
The standard still has plenty of choice to release and for a girlgroup debut album era, I wonder if it would be needed to drop an other female voice in a single release, while the world is slowly warming up to the group itself.
But oh well, we'll see, I am not against a release of BHB, but there are far stronger choices on the standard.

Just cuz' something is "designed" for radios, doesn't mean it will get picked by them.
I love TIHWR but it seems like something that either be a "filler hit" or it will flop hard.
Reflection is not cut out for radios that much, it's def' not something for Top 40 radios, or at least something they will eat up. R&B radios might be more into it but we all can see they haven't embraced the girls yet.
There are alot of tracks like Refelction that I love to listen in an album and I look at them as stand outs but that doesn't mean they need to be a single, Reflection is a song that you would put as an "end to era" single IMO, at a point you know you gonna end it anyways so you put out a song that might smash and might flop.
Like it or not Like Mariah is a great bop, it can do some damage on the charts and airplay, way more than Reflection, just like any other song it can also flop. Their label obviously love it and with Mariah releasing her Number 1's album. It's a nice timing + they got Tyga which is also good to get them some more R&B radio support and fans that will start listening to them cuz' they are into Tyga, same goes for Mariah's fans. It also got the highest views on Youtube for the audio track (other than Reflection of course).
Top Down is not an option for me, it might be one of the songs I listen to the most right now other than the already released singles like Sledgehammer and Worth It but it's a wild card, it either will flop really hard or be one of those no build up for Top 40 kinda song that will do great damage, those songs you would never imagine to get eaten up by radios, not sure if they are at the level they need to push this song.

Bo$$ didn't get a lot of radio plays cos it got Michelle Obama on the lyrics, also if you pay close attention, the song itself has the 'old' vibe to it, like its a little bit dated. Its not about the sounds of it, but something about name dropping oprah and miichelle obaba itselves seem like its so forced IMO.
On another hand, BHB its corny lyric is actually very relatable to the teenagers, I do don't see why the radio won't play it.
Anyway, for the music video 'Like Mariah' i want them to be a waitress with a same uniforms. I want them to wear the same outfit.
i also want Camila to cut her hair short. Bob will suits her and will give her a 'model' look.
*sorry for the bad edit, i'm not good at editing

Nothing besides TIHWR and Reflection sound like a hit to me at all. YES there are so many good songs on the album but they are good as album tracks, not singles.

Top Down sounds like a smash It has that faux-rapping thing that people seem to like + saxophones. I mean "Electric citaaaaay" alone is catchy. Maybe it just has to grow more on you guys like it did for me because I felt the same way you guys did last month. It sounds so great when it's loud and it'd be perfect for the summer.... if TIHWR didn't exist. Reflection isn't going to be a single. Like Mariah has potential but only in the US.

Like Mariah would be a great last single, and it better have a Mariah cameo for that cross-promo. EPIC BETTER UTILIZE THEIR RESOURCES.
