I think it's a mistake, because it shows up on the search page but not the album page

The desktop also has the "sale" thing set up already, but the order doesn't complete. Amazon MP3 can be such a mess at times, they stay putting things up early and have inconsistencies in their release dates, BUT, DLWML is the only Jackie track with a 4/28 release date. All the other songs have a 5/4 release date.
