Anybody who has turned their back on Rihanna calling themselves a Fan was never one to begin with. If you are all about the charts then I can see why this era may be difficult for some. Personally I like all the songs I've heard and I'm glad I finally got some music from her so this era hasn't been bad to me at all. She's trying a new strategy and as a fan I'm just being patient.
Idk if this is a bad sign but this era will show who Rihanna's true fans are, Unfortunately this era has revealed that most of Rihanna's "Core Fanbase" are fickle shallow, and only care about bragging rights of the billboard charts and not about Rihanna evolving as an artist.
