Compared yes, but you have to remember or realize it sold a bulk of that in its first few weeks. They could've made Amy a better hit. The song is great, video was amazing. But she was done promoting in December 2012 so. And like you said Radar was a stupid choice, but then again the album had no other hit. Maybe Unusual You with a good video, but again the complete halt of promo and moving on to the tour was never gonna keep the album going.

They should've repackaged it with 3, doing more songs with Max for more new songs.

Those numbers are great when you realise she stopped promoting the album a week after its release where as her peers didn't stop promoting throughout their whole eras

It's quite possible britney will have a big album again. I mean anything is big enough to top 650k but you see it in so many careers, a time of flops and then a real big comeback.

Don't forget that she is the comeback queen. Ever since BOMT there's been countless occasions where people/critics had written her career over. Even during the Britney era when she was slaying she was called a fad and mocked over her popularity decline to the point where she had to defend herself. They also thought she was over after Blackout and then Circus happened and even FF to some extent. Only stans/pop fans are aware Britney Jean even happened so to the GP, this is Britney's first single since S&S or IWG.

After the promo kicks in for week 3 it should most likely reach it's peak of 2-5 and that week do 250-400k WW
Week 4 should be around the same sales wise at least 250-350k WW
Week 5 250-330k WW
