Yes, Perfume is not a bad ballad but it's boring. The thing with Perfume is that Britney sings it in 1 note so it's kinda monotonous. If the tone of her voice were to change between verses and pre chorus and choruses or offer some variety it would be better.
HIAM (both song and video) had probably the most potential out of all of her work.
The song sounds basic, cheesy and reductive until the dubstep breakdown. Like I said and will continue to say, HIAM is pretty much a finished version 'Shattered Glass' with added dubstep, except SG has better beat and lyrics.
The video had a great storyline, but Britney seemed unfit and out of it. The hype for her dancing and finding her 'inner tiger' and the endless video teasers led to major disappointment.
