 Not really but 18K is just tragic and there's no excuse.  Even random non-singles often sell more.  Towards the Sun should've pulled at least 70K first week as well. This makes me think a big % of her fanbase is just fickle & vanished away after the break.
I think Rihanna should spend much more time with the fans - signing autographs, taking photos with them etc. It works great with Taylor, Katy and so on which now built a nice core fanbase.
I think there's a huge disinterest in Rihanna's music right now and that's because BBHMM is trashy (say what u want, not even urban wants to play it)....and AO is not bad but just too long and anticlimatic and the release schedules just suck so much.
