So, Paper Mario is one of my favorite video game series and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door is my favorite video game of all time. I was looking for my GameCube to play it (it already had the game inside) since it's been a few years, and I somehow lost my GameCube. I paid $150 for an entire new set-up plus another disc of the game (still have the original case) just to play through it again.

It will be worth it to play queen Flurrie again, though, and the entire life-changing game. I think I'll have a GameCube session and play through Twilight Princess, The Wind Waker and Majora's Mask and Ocarina of Time on my Collector's Edition.

I'm certain I've played through Paper Mario: TTYD at least 15-20 times. The nostalgia.

Gamecube has to be my favorite console of all time.

It still pisses me off how Nintendo keeps removing characters from previous titles but continue to waste character slots on things like Pink Gold Peach and Cat Mario which could just be palette swaps.

The Mario Kart for it was horrid. Although the SM64 and Diddy Kong Racing remakes... and Super Princess Peach

The DS was cute, the Zelda's were cute, NSMB was cute, Metroid Prime hunters was cute... but that's all it was.

I can't think of anything amazing on it.

It amazes me how Nintendo has strong enough exclusives to the point where they really don't need 3rd party games.

Really, they could just release a Mario Kart, a Mario platformer, a Mario Party, a Zelda game and a Super Smash Bros. each generation and be perfectly fine.

I still need to get a Wii U, but I don't have any of the current generation consoles yet. Bayonetta 2, Hyrule Warriors, Super Smash Bros. and, oddly, Captain Toad Treasure Tracker () all look appealing, but I'm not sure.

I think I'll just stick with the 3DS for now and reconsider when the Wii U Animal Crossing and Paper Mario are announced. (Sorry for constantly talking about Paper Mario )

The only thing I remember playing on the DS is Animal Crossing: Wild World.
