I didn't think it would be as slow as it is, but I knew it wasn't gonna be no dance anthem. I kinda thought it would be more Run This Town-esque but it still slayed me
I think it's time for an album release date and possibly the last pre-album single which SHOULD be something that will top the POP chart around the album release date. Something like WFL but more current.

Many people judged by the snippet and thought that the song would be close to up tempo and that there would be a huge drop.
I don't understand. Didn't she already grow up? Did Unapologetic sound childish? I'd say Bitch Better Have My Money for example is far less "grown up" than anything on her last couple of albums.
Regarding Carribean Dioxide, I was disappointed by it, and I never expected it to be a "club banger." I just expected the song to actually go somewhere. As it is, it stays at the same level throughout - lyrically, melodically, production wise.
I'm ****ing sick of y'all saying this era is going awful. The music this era is different from anything on radio (bar BBHMM maybe).

PIU was a urban single which peaked at 19, BBHMM is still increasing with NO video and no streaming it got to #19. This week we have streaming so it possibly could go #15.
AO is a tidal exclusive for all we know as well as the video.
Oh well, after watching the video it's pretty clear that the song actually "goes somewhere". I loved AO since 1st listen but the video really took it to a whole other level.
Anyway, if Rih releases a new song before the album then it has to be a pre-order track. We already have 3 songs, 2 of them being official singles.
