I'm very sure that if some pressed Beyoncé fan wanted to they could make a collection of outfits/looks that Beyoncé did first too. This is just fashion and style. Some are the same dresses yes, some are similar looks. But they're from the same era, there are bound to be similarities and most of these are from a pre-Gaga time after which every popstar was marketed to have a very very distinct look that no one else has (ie. Katy with her colourful costumes, Ke$ha with her garbage stuff, Rihanna with her badgal looks, Nicki with her cartoonish stuff, etc.). If you look at most of the R&B girls of the era, they were very much the same in general image.

For me, Jennifer is a great entertainer and she has really impressive statistics, but what is lacking for me is her voice. It may not be what you all look for in a popstar but as a popstar is a singer, it's rather important to me. She's really just a glorified dancer much in the same way Britney is, although obviously much better at dancing and singing.

That and I haven't really liked much of her music in a long time. I'm not a fan of her Pitbull stuff and it seems like she's always just a few steps behind when it comes to musical trends now (Booty for example, in a year that already glorified booties in songs, featuring Iggy, who was already massive that year) and I find a lot of her visuals to be a bit tacky (for example the entire yellow lips video or all that appliqué stuff she was wearing in her last video...)

So while she's great in many ways, she still needs more credibility for me to take her seriously an artist.
