At least you're absolutely right about Without You being awful and Babydoll being underrated

I actually considered including that, but I figured since she's just featured, I shouldn't. Plus, it would probably rank much higher than it deserves, which is unfair to the good songs...

Anytime You Need A Friend is great, just wish it was further in the Music Box tracklist so I had more reason to listen to the whole thing.

A couple of the songs would probably grow on me if I were to force myself to listen to the album again and re-assess my scores, but I just don't want to. Poor Litter Box.

Exactly! IBTAY is a bop, but it's not a good enough reason to keep playing the album after Now That I Know ends.

I get that -- I feel like I usually use a 5-10 scale when I do rates. BUT, remember, if we're using a 0-10, 5 is a decidedly average song (something like say, Music Box). A 0 means there is not ONE thing that is redeemable. I hate Hero  But she has a really strong vocal performance in it, so I feel like I can't give it a ZERO, you know? That's just how I rate

I never liked Babydoll. Then when I saw MC's concert at the Today Show, before it started she told the audience that her new album (MIAM) was inspired by Babydoll and I was like, "EWW, WHAT?!" so I went home and listened to it and now I actually like it

Her vocals are decent, I guess, but the song itself is just unbearable cheesy to me. The song is enough to cancel out Mimi, her vocal power.

I just realized I only really love half of Mariah's #1s.
I never cared for Hero, Without You, Don't Forget About Us, Thank God I Found You, Always Be My Baby, I'll Be There, Touch My Body, I Don't Wanna Cry, Love Takes Time. Those are exactly half of her #1s

I still have no idea what to think of The Beautiful Ones. I can't decide whether it's heavenly or unnecessary.
