I think they were referring to her health being the potential issue? As in her own capacity to travel / rehearse / perform. Hopefully she won't get ill again and everything goes according to plan.

and performing at a stadium requires a lot of Moving and Walking.
Hopefully she'll perform and as far as we've heard Fly is a Ballad so
she could sing it standing at a place.
