I wouldn't say awful, just opportunistic. I'm always here for raising awareness like this, but Rihanna's never been outspoken when it comes to social issues so it seems strange that now that she has a song to sell she's suddenly using her platform to spread awareness. It doesn't sit well with me.
I understand her statement with this video and I respect her opinion.
Having said that, I'm glad this is currently exclusive to TIDAL. This could be the start of something big for era. Rihanna is so much more business savvy than one would like to give her credit for.

She laid out all the ugliness. If you are a minority living in America and that includes a homosexual,l you can or should be able to relate.
