Dunno, I think they actually signed contracts when the originals did as it was already known that OC would be added back when they debuted.

Oh I see. Makes sense since they all debuted in 2009 sans Lizzy and E-Young. They better come back this year. Shine is an absolute faveof mine but it's a Japanese single.
