People can and DO praise Kim for her looks post-surgery. I mean, she's obviously pretty.
It's just messed up to me because it reinforces an unrealistic idea of beauty for young girls.
It also teaches them that they're more likely to be pretty in the eyes of our society if they go under the knife.

You of all people should know not everybody has natural beauty and trying to eliminate the beauty standard from the equation is as futile of an attempt as trying to get Demi to diet.
