No. That one you posted was once exactly the same as PROMUSICAE, but now the official charts include streaming, while i believe spanishcharts.com has stayed as pure sales, hence the difference in charts positions!

FFS peaked at #10, SIO at #2 and was top 10 for some weeks, and it's still #31 in Airplay, 8 months after its release
But even if you were right and FFS peaked at #4, that's still less than #2 ...
