This may be true, but if she's making fun of something, it doesn't sound that way. It's also not that smart to put a basic song on your album just to make a statement about the contrast between artistic songs and generic ones. A good, artistic album will get that point across without having to spell it out for you by showing song-by-song examples. Then again, I don't know how it's laid out. Maybe there is a skip between the tracks that makes it clearer. But I doubt that since this song is coming out on its own.
I don't think this is the case though. I think this is just a song she released. I hear no tongue-in-cheek-ness about it. It is what it is.
