I thought I'd post sales stuff and that in here since Adele's receipts base is dead!
- RITD has been certified 4x Platinum in Mexico, meaning that the song has been sold at least 270,000 times since its release.
- And, because '21' has re-entered the Top 100 of BB200 yet again this week (up ten places to #99 from #109), the record has now spent 187 non-consecutive weeks in the Top 100 of the albums chart. This is significant. Why? Because this week means Adele has finally broken a tie for the second-longest charting album in the Top 100 in the Soundscan era. She previously tied with Taylor Swift's debut.
Only one more album has more weeks than '21' in the Top 100 of the BB200, apparently; Metallica's 'Black Album', which holds the record for this chart achievement, with 232 weeks. In my view, this record is unlikely to be beaten, at least for now, but I've learned to never underestimate Adele her longevity.

Additionally, '21' will also tie (legend) Carrie Underwood's 'Some Hearts' as the sixth-longest charting album by a female on the BB200 next week, with 214 consecutive weeks on the chart. (You can find a full countdown on the 'Adele, Katy continue longevity' thread here on ATRL)

Mac, performed at the influential music event, South By Southwest, in Austin, Texas, last week.
The New York Times said of Mac: “The hunt for the next Adele — rooted in soul with just enough contemporary production — has helped songwriters like Meg Mac of Australia, who’s fond of minor keys and brooding thoughts….”
Mac, born Megan McInerney, pictured right, won Triple J’s Unearthed Artist of 2014. Her songs include Roll Up Your Sleeves.
Do you have the total weeks 21 has spent in the UK Top 200 ? We know the top 100 i just wanted to know if you have the 200
I know it's never left the Top 200 (it's lowest position is #160 on Christmas Week 2013, according to MusicWeek), so it's been on the charts ever since its release. I used timeanddate's 'Date Duration' calendar from the day '21' was released up until last Sunday's chart; I got 216 weeks in total.
