Also unlike u i was trying to have a decent conversation and referring to the likes of Miss A, GOT7, 4minutes, After School and other groups that have a very popular member but its popularity doesn't translate to the group... maybe it works on the contrary the popularity of the individuals harms the other members and even the group...
The difference with most of those groups is that Jimin is getting recognized for her music, whereas 90% of the other people either got famous because of a drama or variety show. People are more likely to look into a group's catalog if they like the solos from a member than when they see someone act in a movie.

hmm u have a point there.... at least for the examples i gave and i dont know Jimin or watch the show to know if she has any gimmick personality that goes with her... so yeah she might be able to help her group especially since she isnt a visual... do we have any examples like these in kpop? cause the ones i can find are like the ones i mentioned.... even OC who's popular for its music in people's mind its the tombstone of After School instead of helping it...cant remember any idol that helped its group to become and STAY popular...

I think iKON's Bobby is the only one that comes close, but they haven't even debuted yet so yeah
FNC is actually doing a great job promoting the members. Pretty much everyone but Chanmi gets to do some acting, a variety show or a rapping competition in Jimin's case. It's giving me a bit of T-ARA teas so that's a good thing I guess

I called it, and said they'll never perform as a 8 piece group. There is always girl missing. They should call it a day, cause if they care more about their solo activities than the group activities, and not giving a damn when they're on stage, half doing the choreos, not even bothering to lipsynch in sync you know. Just a MESS.
