It all comes to the money and power.
I don't think people would even dare to be racist in person to a black rich guy or woman, but it may be more difficult for them to get there, I would agree on that.
Hispanics, especially the white ones don't face the same issues black people do in the US. But if they are dark skinned they might go through something similar. So i get why a black or hispanic person would complain, but that doesn't mean that they can't be racist too. I mean in latin america there's a lot of racism.
