I can't stand it when people say this (b/c usually it's not true) but for Meghan it's absolutely true. Why pop radio keeps playing it is beyond me.

I agree. I've never quite come across it before.

I really can't get over how annoying her music. Talent wasted on this annoying **** designed for an all-girls acapella girls group who gained the freshmen 25 and spends too much drinking to remember to go to all their classes and get their internship. On Thursday nights, they go to their acapella practice and sing their hearts out to their cover of "All About That Bass" meanwhile not realizing they're pissing away every opportunity to get a job after college. They continue to sing their parts as they walk to the dining hall very loudly annoying every other person on campus.

That's what her music represents. I want to peel my skin off every time her songs come on the radio.

Thing is though, the one part of the 60s no one wants glorified in a cute pop song is the gender politics. Now I know you were born in 1993 and I'm going to assume you skipped gender studies at college but imagining young women singing along to your new track "Dear Future Husband" is about as bone chilling as this compilation video of Tony Abbott sticking out his tongue.
