Yes those are all amazing songs and it has a lot of standout tracks in her discog, and of course when I mean overrated I still love the album so so much
but it arguably has the weakest album tracks from Control to Damita Jo, I think after Again, it drags so much during the borefests of WAYN and TBTLY. It should have gone Again then ATAP, and then ended. It would have been perfect. RN1814 and Control have no filler whatsoever. FBB is cute and better than those two but is also weak compared to her other album tracks. Whoops Now is a mess.
And yes I do think Damita Jo is better in some aspects. DJ used to be my favorite Janet album. It is so criminally underrated because even her stans can't look past the fact that it's associated with the end of her career. But in reality, it's amazing and definitely on par with AFY.
With all this being said, none of her albums are actually bad with the exception of her first two and last two. I love Control to Damita Jo so much that I feel bad even ranking them.
