I'd be fine with Adele doing a country album, to be honest, because regardless, the lead single will probably still go number-one, the album itself will have some of the largest opening week numbers ever, and the quality will be good because if she did country, she'd do classic country that would allow her to stay true to her soul roots. There's a lot of country music I love (I actually grew up on country music, I didn't become exposed to pop music until third or fourth grade, I think), but I detest the genre right now because most of the current country artists right now are releasing music that is sh*ttier than pop music, which speaks volumes.
Country music has way more random award shows and events. We could have meltdowns even more often when she doesn't show up
