That just makes it more easier for a fan or a regular person to find it.
If they know it's just a target exclusive in the US, then they won't search anywhere else.
Plus it was said that in the US when it had that sales spike one week it was because it had been sold in different stores like Virgin Megastore.
So the whole "It's only being sold in one store" excuse they use is fake considering it's now being sold in most stores, and at the beginning it only applied to the US.
The other countries the cd was being sold everywhere. It flopped on a grand scale, and she actually did more promo than anyone else with a greatest hits cd.
