I'd agree with that about Slow Dance, but Make Love is out of her league.
Ciara may not have the singing voice Keri has, but Ciara has the persona and the charisma in her voice that Keri lacks which why "Make Love" as well as other songs from that album fall under a category, the Ciara one. "Make Love" would have been much more edgy and interesting, had Ciara sung it. But none of the less, the song is EVERYTHING with Keri singing too.
