Since that rate is completely irrelevant let us appreciate the flawlessness that is Katys vocals in UR So Gay performances, she really needs to stop making songs out of her range.
Lol this rate is already a mess. International Smile is better than at least 3 other songs on PRISM and I Think I'm Ready is better than half of OOTB
