Gaga's best performance.

She stayed true to the style and didn't butcher it with inappropriate musical gestures as she usually does. The best thing about the performance was that humbleness, it wouldn't have been as good as it was if she had made arbitrary artistic/musical decisions, like she did on C2C (though one could argue it was appropriate in the free style of jazz).

The one sour part was the "rain" in rainbow [first time singing the B section], that scoop was a little poppy. But that doesn't actually matter, it was a small mistake and it was live, definitely didn't overshadow the performance.

The hardest thing in covering a non-contemporary piece is staying entertaining within the box you're given, and she did that.
