It is, but isn't it well-known that Cirkut or w/e goes through each take of the sing, splicing the best bits together so it sounds amazing?

RE: musicianship, anyone can pick up and play one. I can still play Three Blind Mice on the recorder, that doesn't make a talented player. It's a combination of skill, practice and talent that makes someone a good instrumentalist.

I think Katy's best vocal perf. is probably TOTGA. The feels tho.
