On my most realistic-as-possible days, I'm hoping for November single and January 2016 album at this point, unless she finally wakes up and comes to her (our) senses / they can force her into something earlier for the sake of her fans, the label, the industry, and the groundhogs and such

I don't think she was, tbh. Her label told her to take it back after the Grammys because everybody lost their ****, so she snuck that studio bit in at the end. And we can't say she lying in doing that, either, because we got Skyfall. And we can't say she was lying when she said she "didn't know what they're (the media) looking for" in that last Matt Lauer interview, because they didn't even know so how could she know that what they were looking for was the fact that she was secretly pregnant for like half of 2012. And anytime she does flat out lie she can back herself up with the bridge of RHI.

The quote is from the Vogue interview, which was done in December 2011. So if she was talking four or five years from the release of 21, yes we've already reached four years and will get to five in January 2016. However, if she was talking four to five years off from the time of the interview, four would be December 2015, and five would be all the way in December 2016 (almost two more full years...how is that even possible???).
