Considering the lack of control the boys have over 1D, I am shocked their team is **** at managing their careers.

Who had the brilliant idea to release SMG as their lead single, Night Changes as their second single, probably finishing the era right after that, starting a new tour promoting a different album and still having almost the same setlist, paying the fans absolute dust, keeping Ben Winston after the tragedy that was You & I when pretty much 99% of the fanbase hates him and making them tour stadiums even when they clearly aren't great performers to begin with.

Their team is the reason why I just gave up on the boys. The boys don't care that much either.
I don't see them having any success after their last contractual album. They haven't picked up any new audience that isn't a teen girl demographic.
