Maybe a lyrics video and radio/itunes release

or single in May to premiere at the BBMAs
Album in late May when JUNE when she has the summer off to promote...don't laugh
If BBMAs things happen then do a press release with BBMAs to perform and release single at her residency to promote the residency and the single since she can't perform at the show.

Spend July working on Adding songs from the new album to the 9th leg in August.
I really think her best bet is to release the album in June but I think the next best bet will be in September
At least with June she can get BBMAs, summer sales for summer smash
With June she can get it in before the grammy's cutoff and get VMAs, AMAs, EMAs etc. promo for nominations and such.
If they are not far along then June will suffice.

' is contrived/forced. I really am happy with how good she looks and how the show (and Britney) is coming together nicely better than ever. Never would I expect a Britney show to peak over a year after it started...
She usually peaks at the lead-up to an era and it's all downhill from there but the BJ era was the exact opposite
